It's clearly, quite easy to install and configure, easy enough for many people to tell you how fast you can do that (and there are lots of video tutorial that shows you the necessary steps to do that). And that's quite ok, I don't know anyone to contest that Wordpress has a dominant position in web design.
But, even if sometimes we use Wordpress (with or without Woocomerce) to design websites, many times we prefer Joomla when we choose the CMS (the Content Management System for the site) because it's easier to us to control what's behind the web page you see (on the server where the site is running). We also develop Joomla! components that helps us extend the platform in any direction, adding the necessary features for each project.
The end result is the same no matter the chosen platform, and if the developers building your web site are doing a great job the visitors won't even realize (just by accesing the pages) that you are using Wordpress or Joomla (or any other CMS). You and your team are making the difference when you work with the backend (the administration panel) and its features.
