Supravirtual SRL ("us", "we", or "our") develops mobile and desktop applications, designs and debugs websites (the "Product"). These Terms of Service reflect the way Supravirtual’s business works, the laws that apply to our company, and certain things we’ve always believed to be true. As a result, these Terms of Service help define Supravirtual’s relationship with you as you interact with our services.
These terms include the following topic headings:
- What you can expect from us, which describes how we provide and develop our services - we will develop our Product and we will contact you any time we need it in order to provide in time the best Product
- What we expect from you, which establishes certain rules for using our services - we need to have detailed information about what to do and the customer to pay in time the invoice when generated.
- When making one or more orders using our websites you make the payment and deliver as many information about the Product you desire and we will deliver the fastest and best Product we can deliver. When you contact us directly you provide the data (what you want, the content and the requiered audio files and images when necessary), we will deliver the fastest and best we can and you will paid in the time specified on the invoice.
- If you are asking us to do things we can not do we will refuse to develop and deliver the Product. In the case payment has been already done (an order on our websites) the money will be returned the potential customer.
- If a customer will behave in a inappropiate way we will refuse to start or to continue developing the Product. In the case payment has been already done (an order through our websites) a part of the money for the already developed part of the Product (when necessary) will be kept and the rest of the money will be returned to the customer. When you contact us directly an invoice will be sent to the customer for the already developed part of the Product. The already developed code will be send to the client in both situations.
- In case of diseases, accidents, wars or other similar actions we can not avoid the delivery may be postponed and we will talk via phone or email with the client in order to get the best Product and the best solution depending of the circumstances.
- In case the payment is done and the customer can not be contacted in any way in order to develop and deliver the Product then the Product is considered delivered. The contact with our customers is and will be done via phone, emails and other way that can be stored or recorded in order to have a written or an audio file with the requirements for the Product and proofs in case of an eventual trial (we don't want that but we don't exclude it either).
- In case of a trial connected with our services it will be done in Romania no matter where the customer is located.
- The customer needs to have all copyright for the written / audio content and the images he sends us. We may generate some new audio and images for the Product development and deliver and we may use some content from the internet and that content may be free or bought, but we won't generate copyright issues for the customer. We will own our copyright for the Product until the delivery and the payment of the invoice, only after that the copyright is transfered to the customer.
